Delete your account

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

• iOS and Android — open WorthIt, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.
• Web — sign in at worthit.cloud, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will be signed out on every device and will not be able to sign in again with the same account.

Or ask us to delete it

Email support@worthit.cloud from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and usually within a few days. If you write from a different address we will need to verify that the account is yours before acting.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity, including your email address and display name.
• Your scan history and every product analysis tied to your account.
• Your saved products and watchlists, including price-tracking entries.
• Any product photos you uploaded.
• Your preferences, notification settings and device push tokens.

What is kept, and why

• Records of purchases and payments, which tax and accounting law requires us to retain for the statutory period. These are kept separately from your profile.
• Anonymous, aggregated product data — an analysis of a product is not personal to you, and once your account is gone nothing links it back to you.
• Backups, which are overwritten on their normal rotation and fully cleared within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — those are held by Apple and Google, not by us. Cancel it in your Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions settings first, otherwise it will keep renewing.
