WorthIt

Terms of Use

Last updated 15 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Apexium Systems for the use of WorthIt on the web, on iOS and Android, and in the browser extension.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using WorthIt you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

WorthIt analyses a product you point it at and returns a WorthIt score, a confidence level and a recommended action, drawn from public reviews, expert coverage and price information.

The score is an opinion, not advice

This matters, so it is stated plainly: the WorthIt score is an automated estimate produced from public sources and AI analysis. It is informational only. It is not financial advice, not a professional recommendation, and not a guarantee about any product, its quality, its availability or its price.

  • Prices and availability change constantly and may be out of date or wrong by the time you see them.
  • Source material may be inaccurate, biased or outdated, and AI analysis can make mistakes.
  • Every purchase decision is yours. Verify anything that matters to you before you buy.

Your account

You need an account to use most features, you must be at least 16, and the details you give must be accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@worthit.cloud if you think it has been compromised.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, resell or redistribute analyses, scores or source data in bulk.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, or to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Do not upload content you have no right to upload, or anything unlawful.
  • Do not use the service to build a competing product database.

Plans, subscriptions and billing

WorthIt has a free plan with a monthly analysis limit, and a paid subscription that removes it. Prices are shown before you buy.

  • Subscriptions bought inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google and are governed by that store's terms. We do not process those payments.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
  • Manage or cancel in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — cancelling there is the only way to stop an in-app subscription.
  • Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting a subscription you ask us to begin supplying digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once supply has begun. Your statutory rights are otherwise unaffected.

Ownership

We own WorthIt, its software, design and the analyses it generates. You may use them for your own personal purchasing decisions. Content you submit stays yours; you grant us only the licence needed to run the analysis you asked for. Third-party product names, images and reviews belong to their respective owners.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of a material change to a paid plan.

Liability

The service is provided as-is to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for a purchase you make, for a price change, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

Changes

We will post any change here and update the date above. For material changes affecting a paid plan we will notify you in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
